Rate card, published
Every rate we publish, in one place.
No hidden menu, no call required to find a number. Every price below is the same one our clients see in a quote, across every service we offer.
Art documentation is the specialty and the lead service. The other four are real services we book every week, not add-ons. For the reasoning behind each number, read what photography and video actually cost in NYC.

$500 minimum per NYC booking. The minimum is artist-friendly, not a surcharge. It means bringing a few more pieces to the same session, since the setup and color calibration cost the same either way. No travel fee within Manhattan. Fairfield County CT, Westchester NY, and the Hamptons collection visits are a fixed quote per visit, travel included, with no published floor.
Run your own count through the documentation estimator, or weigh the cost against what a collection insures with the collection cost math.

Need just one reel instead of an ongoing rhythm? See social reels above.

We don’t do discovery calls before giving you a number. Tell us what you need and we’ll tell you what it costs.
Not sure which number applies to you?
A few pages do the math for specific decisions rather than repeating this card.
- Documentation cost estimator, run your own piece count through the published rates.
- What documentation costs against what it insures, three worked examples.
- Retainer vs. per-project, when monthly media is worth it over a one-off.
- Open call fees vs. documentation, two different costs artists often confuse.
- Collection visits, how an out-of-NYC visit is scoped and quoted.
Tell us what you need.
A rough scope and a timeline. We’ll reply within one business day with a fixed quote against the numbers above.
