Updated October 16, 2026.
This notice explains what The Lightroom Studio collects through this website, why, who helps us process it, and what choices you have.
When you fill out our project form or an estimator, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, and the details of your artwork, event or project. We use it to reply, prepare a quote and do the work. The form also sends the page you arrived on and the pages you viewed on our site during that visit, so we can answer better.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and form activity. We also count visits with PostHog, using our own small script that sends PostHog only what it lists: the page address without any query text, the site that linked you here (its domain only), campaign labels in the link, screen size, a random visit id, and named steps such as viewing the rate card or starting the project form. It never sends what you type, page text or cookies, and no PostHog code runs on this site. We do not record sessions.
Until you answer the banner at the bottom of the page, the visit id lives only in that browser tab and is gone when you close it. If you choose "OK", we remember this browser across visits, and if you then send us a project, we link your email address to the pages you viewed so we can answer better. If you choose "No thanks", we send nothing and remove our visit ids from your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "No thanks". We do not change anything for the older "Do Not Track" setting, which has no common standard. You can change your answer at any time: .
Cloudflare hosts the website. Formspree processes form submissions. Google and PostHog provide analytics. Cloudinary delivers some images and videos. They process technical or submitted information as needed to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy policies. Google may also collect information about your activity across other websites over time under its own policy.
We use what you send us to talk with you and do the work you asked for. We use site data to improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect the site, the business or another person.
PostHog keeps event data for up to one year. We keep project records as long as they are useful for client communication, business records or legal obligations.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Email contact@thelightroomstudios.com. We answer within 30 days.
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
