Our rates are per piece and published — $50, $85, or $150 depending on the tier. This applies them to your number of works, handles the volume discount, and shows the total before you ever have to email anyone.
The same rates live on the art documentation page. Nothing here is a special price; it’s the published one, doing the arithmetic for you.
Run your work through it
Pick a tier, set your piece count, tell it about glass and timing.
Ten to nineteen pieces takes 10% off the per-piece work. From twenty we quote directly — and a real quote at that size is normally better than the listed rate, not worse.
These are our published rates. Every project gets a fixed written quote before booking, and actual quotes can vary with scope and change over time.
The fine print, in normal language
The $500 minimum is about making the session worth your money, not ours. Small batches are welcome — the minimum just means that if you’re bringing three pieces, it’s worth bringing six. The setup, colour calibration, and processing happen either way; more pieces through the same session is the cheapest documentation you’ll ever buy.
Oversized work is quoted custom. Anything with a dimension over 72 inches needs its own setup plan, so the estimator leaves it out rather than guessing. Say so in the form and we’ll price it properly.
This page prices NYC documentation. Collections outside the city — Fairfield County, Westchester, the Hamptons — are their own visit with their own fixed pricing, because a travel day is a different kind of booking. Use the form and say where the work lives; see also collection visits.
Video is included in Gallery, so the toggle only applies below it. The Gallery tier’s clip is the same deliverable; adding it twice would be charging you for enthusiasm.
Which tier should you pick? For work under roughly a thousand dollars a piece, Essential does the job. Detail shots earn their place on textured or dimensional work; video earns its place on work an image can’t fully carry. If you pick the wrong one, we’ll say so on the call rather than shoot it anyway — the worked examples here show that reasoning against real cases.
