A collection lives on walls, over mantels, up stairwells. Taking it down to photograph it is a project nobody wants. So we photograph it where it hangs — careful light, true color, surfaces that read like the real thing.
One visit typically covers twenty to thirty-five works. You receive the same files our gallery and archive clients get, prepared for insurance schedules, estate records, appraisals, or simply knowing what you have.
We’re happy to be the photography layer of a larger project. Your advisor, appraiser, or collection manager keeps the cataloging and paperwork — we deliver the files their work needs, named and organized their way.

Collection visits use the same per-piece tiers as all our documentation work — $50, $85, or $150 per piece depending on how many views each work needs. The visit carries a $2,500 day minimum, and travel is included.

03The work

Step 01
We talk through the collection — how many works, what’s glazed, what the files are for. You get one clear number before we book anything.
Step 02
We work room by room, quietly, around the house rather than through it. Nothing comes off the wall unless it wants to.
Step 03
Organized, named files within ten business days — ready for your insurer, appraiser, advisor, or archive.
