Step 01
A short call
What’s coming up, a gala, a campaign, an ongoing content need, and which audiences the files have to serve. You get one clear number before anything is booked.
01Arts nonprofits
Photography and video for arts nonprofits in New York. Benefit auctions, campaign films for a fundraising ask, board and donor content, and the everyday documentation that keeps a mission-driven program visible between them.
A nonprofit’s photography has more jobs than a commercial gallery’s. The same evening might need to feed a donor report, a grant application, next year’s annual meeting deck, and the Instagram feed, and each of those audiences is looking for something slightly different from the same room. We plan for that split before the shoot, not after. What a funder needs to see, what a board wants in an annual report, and what actually holds attention on social are three shot lists layered into one call sheet.
A gala or benefit event is its own kind of coverage too. The room, the ask, and the moment right after it lands all need a photographer who knows which one is the actual story. Read more on how we think about that in covering the ask, not just the room.
A nonprofit’s feed and a commercial gallery’s feed are answering different questions. One is asking people to give or show up. The other is asking people to buy. We shoot arts nonprofits enough to know the difference matters, and we plan content that reads as one, not the other. We wrote the long version on that split.

Every rate below is the same published card every client sees, nothing custom-priced for a nonprofit, and nothing hidden either.
50% deposit at booking, balance on delivery, on every quote. We reply within one business day, usually the same day, and we don’t do a discovery call before giving you a number.
03The work
Event coverage, portraits, and documentation, all shot by us.

Step 02
A light footprint, no production circus, we work the room, the ask, or the session without becoming the story ourselves.
Step 03
Organized files, sorted by what they’re for, the donor report, the grant application, or the feed, delivered while the moment still has momentum.
04Questions nonprofits ask
Yes. We plan the shot list around every audience the images need to serve before the event, not after, what a funder needs to see, what a board wants in an annual report, and what actually works on social are different shots, and we build one call sheet that covers all three instead of shooting generically and hoping.
Monthly media runs on a 3-month minimum, then month to month. We quote the month once we know the rhythm and how much you want handled versus handed to you, rather than pricing off a fixed menu.
Yes. Brand and campaign films are priced from $1,850 a day, scoped to what the film needs to do and who it needs to move. A film built around a single ask is a narrower brief than a general organizational film, and that usually makes it a cleaner shoot, not a bigger one.
We price nonprofit work off the same published rate card as everything else, per-piece documentation, hourly event coverage, and a quoted monthly rate for ongoing content. If budget cycles or timing are tight, say so on the call and we’ll help scope a smaller starting project instead of a full retainer.
Yes. Our event rate is hourly with a 2-hour minimum, so coverage scales to exactly the window you need, arrival through cocktail hour, or just the paddle-raise and the ask itself, if that’s the moment that matters most for this event.
What’s coming up, who the files need to move, and when you need them by. We’ll reply like humans with one clear number and a date.
