Step 01
A short call
How many works, where they’re located across the building, and your access hours. You get one clear number before anything is booked.
01Corporate art collections
Documentation for the works in your lobby, floors, and common areas, photographed and organized the way we’d treat any private or gallery collection, plus coverage when a new piece goes up.
A corporate collection can be just as extensive as a private one, and it usually gets less attention. Nobody’s cataloging the lobby the way a collector catalogs a home. We document corporate art the same way we document any collection, with color-accurate hero and detail shots, consistent lighting across the set, and files named per work. What changes is the setting, office floors, common areas, a building lobby, not the standard. We wrote the long version on how this differs from a gallery project.
The most common trigger is a lease move or renovation, when years of undocumented acquisitions suddenly need a record before anything gets packed. Here’s what that project usually looks like.
A corporate collection usually sits across a few desks, facilities manages the space, marketing wants usable images, and an advisor may be handling acquisitions. We’re glad to work with whichever combination is coordinating the project, and deliver files that work for all of them.
See pricing →02What it costs
Corporate collection documentation uses the same three tiers as all our artwork photography. Essential, $50 per piece. One color-accurate hero shot. Standard, $85. Hero plus two hi-res detail shots. Gallery, $150. Hero, two details, and a short video clip. An unveiling or installation event runs on our event rate instead, at $350 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, editing included.
Weighing whether documentation earns its cost against what the collection is worth? here’s the math.
03The work
Oil, works on paper, glazed pieces, large-format installations, documented under consistent light for archives, insurance, and asset records. All shot by us.

Step 02
We photograph works where they hang, lobby, floor, or common area, with a light footprint that doesn’t disrupt a working office.
Step 03
Named, organized files with dimensions on record, delivered digitally within ten business days.
04Questions facilities & marketing ask
Either can work. Tell us your building’s access hours and how much disruption is acceptable to the team on that floor, and we’ll plan the shoot window around it rather than assuming one or the other.
Yes. This is one of the more common reasons a corporate collection gets documented for the first time. Volume pricing kicks in at 10 pieces, and larger collections at 20 or more get a custom quote, which is where most full-floor projects land.
Yes. Unveilings and installation events run on our event rate, $350 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, editing included, the same rate we use for gallery openings.
Yes. Architectural and branded-space photography of the office the art lives in is available and scoped per project, since every space and use case is different. Tell us what the images need to communicate and we’ll give you a straight number.
Yes. Commercial buildings often require vendor paperwork before granting access for a shoot. We can supply a W-9 and certificate of insurance ahead of time, send us whatever your building management or procurement process requires.
A rough count, where it lives in the building, and who the files are for. We’ll reply like humans with one clear number and a date.
